Thank you for your recipe! I used brown sugar as you mentioned in the subtitle. However, i scoop only 140 grams per piece as they are already MASSIVE 😅 i cannot visualise how big a 180 grams piece is going to be…. they still baked nicely and looked huge. Maybe i didnt chop my chocolates small enough. Would you recommend that i stick to the 180gram scoop to get the best result? I haven't tasted them yet, they are cooling. But i am sure they will taste great!

Atualizando: eu fiz a receita… E nao sei se foi porque usei chocolate ao leite, mas ficou mega doce…. e o tempo de cozimento foi de 30min, com bolas de 100g – talvez devesse aumentar a temperatura, pois ficou não ficou grossinho, não ficou com as bordas coradinhas e dentro ficou mais firme do que o desejado.
