안녕하세요!쿠킹씨님 영상보고 티라미수 너무 잘 만들어먹었어용ㅎㅎ제가 이번엔 생크림을 못구해서 휘핑크림으로 대체하려고하는데 휘핑크림으로 할 때도 설탕량이나 기타 재료들 배율은 똑같이 하면 될까요???

이거 진짜 너무너무너무 맛있어요!! 몇번을 만들어서 먹었는지 몰라요!! 사실 시럽 끓이고 노른자 휘핑하고 이런게 조금 번거롭고 귀찮을때도 있긴 한데 그만큼은 맛은 보장합니다!!! 오늘도 만들려고 재료 준비해놨어요 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 늘 맛난 레시피 감사합니다😍😍

근데 저번에 만들어서 먹었을땐 잘 됐는데 얼마전에 만든 티라미수는 마스카포네치즈를 섞은 꾸떡한 파트아봄브에 생크림을 넣으니까 오밀조밀한? 것들이 생기면서 물이 생기더라고요ㅜㅜ 왜 그런걸까요ㅜㅜ
